Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a bodycon dress, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 7-20 business days of shipping time if you select super saving shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-15 business days.

Note for taxes:

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The super savings option will take 7 to 20 business days.

Return & Exchange
 

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. 

1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.After receiving your returned package, we wil issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days acordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing. Return Conditions 1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets). 3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. 4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-moschics products . Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. Return Progress Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@sevencloth.com to request the exchange/return. Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/re.
